But reading the Fugitive on the run news however, i find the contents to be quite disturbing.
The Bruneian man, Khairul bin Hj Dagang, in his 40s is believed to have committed several criminal offences in the country but the police have urged the public not to panic as they have categorised him as harmless.

Banar kah? Brunei ani rife with assumptions and stuff so I ain’t sure. Seriously,for all you know it’s just speculation. Are the girls raped foreign or Bruneian? If Bruneian how did he rape them? I know of a friend who was raped in school during childhood, ages ago. I suppose rape is not such a big deal here as it is in the West, it doesn’t carry the same amount of mental penalty and torture. But I do believe this idiot jerk should be caught, this all stems from the fact that men think they’re more superior than women that they treat women like animals enough to rape them. Enough said.
